I'm not doing any set diet trying to eat a balanced diet and exercise more. Whilst I've always yo-yo'd I have previously been 3stone lighter than I am now through running but after getting an injury it all piled back on.
Recently blood tests for a non weight issue picked up that I had early signs of a fatty liver and my glucose level is worryingly high so there is now a real health risk to my weight.
My boyfriend and friends are very supportive but don't quite understand the struggle and frustration so looking for friendly advice and support from others in the same boat.
