    Smile Hello slimming world here I come tomorrow for the fourth time!!

    It's that time again. Jeans are too tight, muffin top spilling over!! Need to get back into my clothes and lose about 2 stone!

    Support would be great!

    Start Weight: 12st11lb
    Current Weight: 10st10lb
    Goal Weight: 9st13lb
    Goal Date: In a reasonable timeframe but needs to be before my weak willpower runs out!

    Hi and welcome - u'v come 2 the right place - lots of support here if u keep posting - I signed up 4 wks ago and find this site inspirational and supportive.good luck with ur weigh in and getting back on plan!
    RESTART WEIGHT = 12st 11 lbs

    PROGRESS
    Wk 1-4: -12.5lbs - really pleased!
    Wk 5-8: -3.75lbs - Mmm not so pleased!
    Wk 9-12
    : -8.5lbs - Sexpress been gr8 but sts the final wk
    Wk 13: -2lbs - hoped for more - been on Salad Challenge & sts last wk
    Wk 14: sts - flipping disappointed but determined to carry on
    Wk 15: -2.2lbs - really pleased - thx to Kay's soup challenge!


    TOTAL LOSS = 29 lbs

    GOALS

    • lose 2 stone - complete 12 weeks on plan - into 11s - start exercising Club 10 award - get into 10s DONE!!



    • build up exercise sessions to 30 mins x 5 a week (w/c 16 April = 4th wk of 5 x 30 mins (minimum) exercise sessions)
    • get into my 'nice' clothes currently stored away!
    • to complete 16 weeks on plan
    • to complete 20 weeks on plan
    • to get to target
    • to maintain goal weight for 3 months
    • to walk 100 miles in small chunks! walked 79 miles so far

    Hi. I've just joined SW Online on Friday. Trying to get my head around Extra Easy atm - never done it before, always been a red/green girl. Been dieting on/off all my life since after my first child '20 years ago'. At my all time heaviest I reached 15st 12lb about 10 years ago and after losing some after that have hovered around 14st 7lb for years! Then last summer I took up running and got to 13st 3lb - but due to winter has lapsed and now 13st 11lb

    So drastic measures it is... SW, Treadmill and Spinning here I come - 2014 is the year I am gonna get to my goal of 12 stone!!!! Lol x
