    new on slimming world

    Hi all been doing sw since Jan 7th started at 13.7 and weighed in last night at 12.10 and a half. Really can't wait to see that stone award !

    Well done to you all, it certainly seems that Slimming World does work, I have only been with them for two weeks and loss 6lbs up to date x

    hi all im new on here havent got a clue what im doing. i joined sw for the 2nd time on the 8th jan 2014 i recieved my half stone yesterday for some strange reason it seems harder to get my head round the plan this time then it did the first time around i only quit because i became pregnant after loosing nearly 4 stone.
    i would be greatful for any help tia .

    I like what I have read about this program. Basically it boils down to using quality of calories, as opposed to restricting calorie intake. This makes it easy to stick with as you don't go hungry. It also advocates activity (exercise) to boost metabolism, and support to keep motivation levels high. From the results you are all seeing, it looks like it works very well. It certainly has all the ingredients of a sustainable and effective weight loss plan. Well done to you all, and I wish you continued success.
