    Hi all, my name is ant,
    and i have decided enough is enough and its time i need to loose my weight ive not dieted before, i had some success in the gym a few years ago but that weight has come back with vengeance so want to sort the diet out this time,
    I have absolutely no idea of where im going to start i see on here alot of people are doing slimming world, i think part of my problem is i work long shifts and dont feel like cooking when i get home so use ready meals or takeaways alot so obv just cutting them out would be beneficial, also i dont eat breakfast which im told is never a good thing when you want to loose weight,

    any input on where i should start would be great im just getting my bearings with this and as such have downloaded and setting up the myfitnesspal app which has already horrified me as to what i have put away today considering i didnt think it was that bad

    Hi there. Know what you mean about the dreaded take away. Could you maybe download some recipes that you could batch cook and freeze. They would be quick to heat up when you're busy and short of time. The one thing I will say is breakfast is a must. Good luck
