    over a certain age

    Hello everyone,
I am aged 63 & on day 4 of Lipotrim.
Finding it good at the moment, and not feeling hungry.
Luckily I like all 4 shake flavours.
Would like to hear if any other 'older' ladies are having success as I
have had a few negative comments from so called friends who think I am wasting my time.
    First weigh in I was 12st 9lb, height 5ft 5ins and BMI os 29.5
    any advice/tips would be appreciated
    Linda

hi don't listen to negative comments, do what you want, drink plenty of water. Try not to get to caught up with the number on the scales. I am doing exante and we are the same height. I have lost 16 pounds in six weeks so it can be done, good luck on your journey.

Hi Linda, Welcome to the forum... and as Joy says, don't be put off... it's what you feel and want that's important and well done on putting your mind to getting slimmer and healthier too.

I'm 79 and jogging along (not physically unfortunately) but determined to get as much weight off as I can. Get's so much harder the older we get but well worth the effort.

    Keep up the good work!!
