Newbie here on cambridge diet :)
I thought I would chime in here as this seems to be the place to be for all dieting needs.
My name is Jay and I started Cambridge on Tuesday this week, I have to say that I have been on many diff diets and have found that low carb has been the best way for me to loose weight. I understand the diet and have always been reasonably active at the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Last year I tore a muscle in my chest "yes it hurt real bad" at the gym and have not done anything since then.
Apart from eating to much wrong foods takeaways Christmas etc etc... To top it off my better half was pregnant at the time and had a craving for KFC and Kebabs.. Which I didn’t have the will power to just watch her, so I joined in also and indulged. Last week that enough was enough my clothes were getting to tight and my stomach was hurting with the ripples of fat that were sticking out.
Monday this week I took the plunge and went to the Cambridge diet consultant which incidentally she lives on my road!!!
I can see already that there is sound advise on here and it’s nice to have a community with support for when I crave the Burger king and McDonalds...!! I actually think I picked the wrong time to do it as I keep seeing those Cadbury crème eggs and it makes my mouth water just thinking about it.. Lol
I am new to the forum but not new to forum life so looking forward to being part of the community.

hope ur doing well on the diet , U made the right choice because cd is amazing quick results as well as all the nutrition in the packs. I'm a restarter ,previously lost 1st 7lb but fell off the wagon and put the weight back on . This diet does need will power and I suppose if U manage to get through the first week then its easy sailing, Good look to U
