    Hi all!

    Hello to all you lovely slimmers.

    I am on day 12 of CWP and so far have lost about 10lb, with a further 2st 6/7lb to target.

    Loving the simplicity and the super speedy results on this diet, although the last two days I have been having filthy dreams about pizzas and burgers etc!! But have totally stayed on the wagon and will see this through to goal.

    Loving the website and all the inspiring posts- I am taking photos every week and can already see a difference. I will post pics up at the end of my journey!

    Anyway look forward to seeing you all around and getting skinny together!

    Week 1: -5.5 lb
    Week 2: -5lb
    Week 3: -4lb (1 stone gone!)
    Week 4: -2lb (6 day week)
    Week 5: -4lb (1lb off 1.5 stone!)
    Week 6: -2lb (even with a day off!)

    Week 8: -2lb (2 stone 1lb gone!)
    Week 9: -1lb (Disappointing but now I'm in the tens-goal is in sight!)
