    Hi all just started on this forum as I have hit a wall with my weight loss, I was doing so well but now have started going back to my old ways..... Hopefully this will help with motivation to get back to the gym! X

    You're not alone . I'm new to this forum and feel that I too have hit a wall and can't seem to motivate myself . Hopefully, things will change and we can take control and make changes . Good luck!!
