    Recently joined this site to find out of ways of maintaining weight since i've recently gained a bit :/ anyone got advice on how to keep a steady weight while at uni? i'm afraid of binging out on lazy nights.

    Would love to, but since I joined uni I put on a little over 5 stone (5 years)! Try and walk to your lectures maybe? Students usually get discounts on their unis gyms too. Good luck! X
