    hello

    Hi, I'm currently doing weightwatchers from home but honestly have not given it my all, so this time i'm determined to shift this 2 stone extra I'm carrying around and stick to it properly, my problem is I'm a picker and will go all day eating naff all then blow out when I get home from work. I know what I'm doing wrong and am getting rid of the biscuit barrel lol, they're my weakness and can never just have one! looking forward to posting on here and hopefully getting some support when the hobnobs are calling my name

    Hi sparks! I'm also new here. It's all well and good knowing what you're doing wrong, but stopping is another thing altogether isn't it haha. I know exactly what you mean when you can never just have one. My other half has tea and biscuits all the time (and I can't deprive him, bless) and can go through half a pack in one sitting. The benefit being that there's less for me! Good luck with the weight loss, and getting rid of the biscuit barrel!
