    Hello :)

    New to this site, had just posted this in the slimming world section! Oops sorry!

    I've been doing slimming world 10 weeks now, I had lost 15lbs but this week I had my first ever gain 2lbs! It's so disheartening getting that first ever gain isn't it?

    Hi Louise, Nice to meet you.
    My name is Allex, and I joined this site this morning, as well as starting the Slimming World eating plan from today. You have done really well on your weight loss. Do you still track your food and drink? I know that in the past when I have been trying to lose weight and have put one or two pounds on, this has been due to either eating something I hadn't tracked or due to water retention. Please don't feel disheartened, today and the week ahead is a whole new chapter ... blank pages if you like ... I am sure you will do wonderfully at weight in next week x
