Hello!!! Newbie here :)
Just want to say a quick Hello!!
I found this forum a week or 2 ago. I've started following the slimming world theory since the beginning of March.
A few years ago when I was diagnosed as a diabetic, I lost a lot of weight, through exercise quite mental exercise routine and watching what I was eating, then my wedding came and gone, and going through my miscarriage, I started to pile on the pounds, I lost interest to going to the gym, wasnt really looking after myself. 2014 I decided I needed to do something, when February 2014 came, decided to cancel my gym membership as I wasn't using it fully and wanted to join another more suitable one. So when March came along I decided I must do something, since I don't even do one or 2 classes like I normally do. One of the girls in the office started going to the slimming world club, and she was telling me about it, it sounded amazing so decided to follow the theory, I don't go to the club, as I travel a lot for my work so can't commit to going a class all the time which isn't so good to not the support, and to be honest, I can't really afford that as well.
Since I started, I've lost quite abit of the weight i put on, I wrote down my goals to where I want to get to, but without a timeline, I want to do this right and not put pressure on myself where I'll end up giving up.
I'll update my profile when I have the information in front of me, and I hope you ladies/guys will help and support me along my journey!
