so like many women I have been on many diets over the years and have failed on everyone of them
but I am sick of being fat so I am giving it one last ditch attempt before I resort to surgery
so I have made an appointment to start lipotrim on Tuesday
    wish me luck

Wish you good luck! You said that you've been on many diets over the years and have failed on everyone of them. Have you actually identified the reasons you have failed on everyone of them? I am asking this question, because many dieters who finally managed to drop extra pounds, confirm that failures helped them to find out what was working and what was not working for them.

Great news you've been working on yourself. Actually being an emotional eater is a big disadvantage. Conquering emotional eating will be a great victory. Wish you the best! You also need support. In this forum there are many wonderful people who will help you (you know inspiration, a few tips or new ideas, or even just listen to you!)
