Hi everyone, just joined this forum to hopefully get some advice from you guys. I have been a member of slimming world online for a couple of months, at first it was going really well, I was very enthusiastic with sticking to plan, making meals eating well and really enjoying it. These past few weeks I've been really struggling and just wanting to eat rubbish. I'm finding it really hard to stay focused and feel now like I'm stuck in a rut. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks x
