    NEW TO SLIMMING WORLD

    Hi all I'm new to slimming world started on Monday and looking forward to getting some advice and tips . A lot of inspirational stories on This so hoping that keeps me focused . :-) thanks.

    I started SW last week, it's all a bit daunting isn't it?!!

    Just had a week away so that won't help, lol.

    What are you struggling with? I thought chocolate/crisps etc would be what I struggled with, but it's fresh seeded bread from my breadmaker that is hurting me most... Haha. Warm bread dripping in butter... shhhhhhhhh

    Mini goals:
    15 stone
    13 stone 9lb (takes BMI from obese to overweight)
    11 stone 5lb (takes BMI from overweight to normal)

    28 Mar 16st 3.5lb
    4 Apr 15st 10.5lb -7
    18 Apr 15st 8lb -2.5
    25 Apr 15st 6lb -2
    9 May 15st 0.5lb -5.5
    16th May -1.5
    23rd May -1.5
    6th June -4.5
    13th June -2lb
    27th June -2lb
    4th July ? -2.5lb
    11th July ? -3lb
    18th July ?
    25th July ?


    I will RUN a 5k park run this year!
