Hi everyone! Very new to this!
Right! I'm doing 2 Exante shakes and 1 bar each day which is generally ok but a few times last week I found it was 6 in the evening and I'd only eaten a bar so I treated myself to some steamed green beans and half a chicken breast (plain) will this stop the diet from working properly? I would hope that it being very low carb and less calories then my missed shakes it would be ok?
