I'm Nick turned 50 last year and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I've put on 3 stone in the last few years and it's time to lose it.
I've started a diary which is something I've never tried before so hopefully this time it will work.
I'm only aiming to lose 10 pound at first. It's not a huge amount but I think any loss will get me motivated to lose more. Only time will tell I guess 😊
