    Lets do this...Again!

    Hey all!

    I'm back to the SW diet again. I started last October but went for a 'break' over Christmas and I'm only getting myself back into gear now! Last time I was on the diet I lost 8lbs in 4 weeks. I was a little disheartened but looking back now that was pretty alright! I'm 14 stone now and can no longer justify myself by saying I had a baby because she's now a year and a half!

    My goal weight...realistically speaking is 10 stone but for now I'll go with 11. I'm determined more than ever now.

    I've only just found out about this website and I'm even more excited now. Any tips of tricks I should know about this great helping website?

    Do 3 days on exante TS - done
    Do 4 days - done
    Do 5 days - done
    Do 6 days - done
    Do a full week - done
    Lose 7 pounds - done
    Get into the 11's - done
    Do 2 weeks 100% TS - done
    Get under 11 and a half - done
    Lose a stone - done
    Get into the 60's (KG) - done
    Get into the 10's (Stone) - done
    Lose a stone and a half - done
    Get into the singles - done
    Lose 10 kg - done
    Get to under 10 stone 7 - done
    Get into the low 10's - done
    Lose 2 stone - done
    Get into the 9's - done

    Stay under 10 stone for a week
    Stay under 10 stone for two weeks
    Stay under 10 stone for three weeks
    Stay under 10 stone for a month
