Hello! Fed up of yo-yoing!
Thought it would say hi. I have lost and gained 2 stone about 7 or 8 times in the past 15 years and it's getting me down. This time will be my last, starting exante tomorrow and then will go back to SW to maintain. I don't have much trouble losing it (well it's hard but I am determined) but once I get to goal I end up slipping back into old habits and before I know it it's all back on again.
