I'm joining to get some moral support and recipe ideas. I am a married mum of a two year old and very keen to get back into the swing of things, getting down to my pre-baby weight.
Previously I lost 1 1/2 on Slimming World, however due to a close family bereavement and house move all happening at the same time I fell off the wagon and have put the weight back on :/ - looking for some friendly advice and inspiration!
Welcome! I only joined last night so am a newbie too! My situation sounds very similar to yours, I have 2 children, work part time so seems busy and easy just to grab snacks and pile the weight on!
I've been up and down on my weight loss journey, when I focus I do really well but can easily lose motivation and slip back to square one :( currently doing slimming world, would like to lose about 2 stone. How about you? X
Hi tamla3 :) I just joined here last night and have found it to be a fab place for support, recipe ideas and much more!!! We are all here for the same reason and the road ahead will be rocky..
