    Hi, I am on day 2. Yesterday headache, and was sick after the chicken &mushroom soup. Today, feel great. I think I may have had too much water during the morning, so today I have spaced it out today.

    aww sorry to hear that you'd been sick, I'm not a massive drinker of water or anything else for that matter, I have decided to cut out all but 1 coffee (morning) and drink fruit teas which initially I didn't like as they never seemed to taste as good as they smelt....but I bought some in either Aldi or Lidl and I think I am now addicted lol. I should drink more fluids but I am eating loads of fruits so hopefully this helps.

    Hi 50more...I'm doing slimming world, I started last Friday and joined on here on Monday, found it by accident looking for SW blogs to follow for inspiration. What plan are you doing? and how's it going?

    I've never heard of SW. I'm doing lchf. Low carb high fat. Just started today.
