Not so newbie
Signed up here before but lost interest in the whole weight loss thing :(
I'm now back on it, and have been counting calories for the past 2 weeks. Lost nearly 4 pounds so slowly but surely.
I use myfitnesspal but my old friends don't seem to use it anymore so if anyone uses it feel free to add me - im 8azza8

how are you getting on?
I would split your weight loss up. Smaller goals then you can feel fantastic when you get to one mile stone. Slowly and surely is good :)
