    Not so newbie

    Hey guys,

    Signed up here before but lost interest in the whole weight loss thing
    I'm now back on it, and have been counting calories for the past 2 weeks. Lost nearly 4 pounds so slowly but surely.

    I use myfitnesspal but my old friends don't seem to use it anymore so if anyone uses it feel free to add me - im 8azza8

    how are you getting on?
    I would split your weight loss up. Smaller goals then you can feel fantastic when you get to one mile stone. Slowly and surely is good
