    Hi just posting to say hello to everyone. I am starting on the Dukan diet today.
    I am not very computer literate, I have posted 2 other posts this morning but can't find them don't have a clue what I am doing wrong lol

    Current Weight: 11st8lb
    Goal Weight: 10st4lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 32.6
    Current BMI: 27.8
    Goal BMI: 24.7


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st0lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st4lb
    % Lost 14.74%
    No its low carb low fat. There's lots of info in the stickies on the dukan board

    Just joined about one hour ago. Hopefully this site will give us both the motivation to a) lose weight and b) (even more important) Keep it off!

    Start Weight: 68.3kg
    Current Weight: 67.3kg
    Goal Weight: 62kg
    Goal Date: slowly, but surely, so that I stick to that BMI 23 once there

    Yes, keeping it off seems to be way harder than losing it!
