    Hello!

    Hi there.

    I'm 22 and have started trying to lose weight and get fit........again.

    My first attempt was 3 years ago and quite a good one! I went from 228lbs to 185lbs in just over 4 months. I also ended up going from barely being able to do 2 minutes of exercise to doing an hour 5 times a week I kind of "took a break" that Christmas and never really went back to it - I did a few times but it only lasted a week at the most

    I'm back up at 212lbs now and I really mad at myself for letting this happen. I tried using my exercise bike today - and felt nauseous after 3 minutes!! So, I am back to square one with the exercise, but last time I was able to build it up quickly so I hope it will be the same again.

    My plan is the same as I did last time - stick to 1200ish calories a day, no eating after 9pm(I have a bad habit of eating practically a meal at midnight), a nice treat once a week if I really want one and exercise 5 days a week.

    My current goal is to get back down to 185lbs, and my ultimate goal is to get to 154lbs. I'm hoping that this site will help me stay on track!

    I'm 28, been obese all my life. started CWP and lost 10 kg so far . Glad to have found minimins and fellow dieters we all need the support we can get.
