Hello looking for support and to make friends here... I have been trying to lose weight for over a year. I am 38 year old woman and weigh 220. I work out on average 4 days a week doing about 39 minutes of cardiovascular and 15 minutes of weight training. My weight has gone up not down... I know I probably need to buckle down on the diet but find it challenging due to my busy life and three kids :/. what is working for you all?0
