Newbie - Any tips or advice welcome!
I'm a quite new Slimming World member, had the books off a friend and done a lot of research into slimming world. I've managed to lose 10lbs so far after about 4 weeks on the Extra Easy plan. Absolutely loving this plan as it's not a diet just a healthy lifestyle change! I also have PCOS so normally find it hard to lose weight but this time it is coming off and will stay off. (Hopefully). Just writing this to anyone who has any advice/good recipes/ motivation.
