Hi All,

Looking forward to a new start, have decided the only way to do this is to draw a line in the sand behind me and hopefully see the numbers on the scale begin to drop. Dieting is the story of my life and I've reached my goal weight before, however much to my disgust I have put all the weight back on and now have a massive 3 stone to lose.

But looking forward to reading all the tips and helpful advice to stay motivated!
