    Just new to minimins and SW

    Hey

    As the title suggests I'm new to all this and need some help lol

    Never dieted before, had odd weeks of trying to "be good" you all know what I'm talking about. Anyway, long and short of it is I'm 4 st heavier than I was after I had the boys. I started about 4 wks ago and so far have lost 8lbs, last week I lost nothing and I'm not happy with that.

    My oldest son is getting married in the beginning of August and I didn't want to be wearing a size 16 dress....I have bitten the bullet and bought a size 14 to motivate me to lose the weight. Could do with a kick start, if anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful.

    I am determined to get this weight off and fit into that dress damn you lol

    I think that the fact you haven't dieted before may hold you in good stead, your body won't know what has it it and may let go of the pounds without too much of a fight - hopw so anyway, good luck. I know a lot of people that have had great success on SW. x

    Lost 10st 4lb July 2009 to March 2010 on LL & Exante, slowly regained all except 5lbs since, restarted Exante June 2014.

    NSV - down 2 belt notches
    NSV - down another 2 belt notches
    NSV - need to make some more holes in belt- 5 inches between latest belt hole and starting one

    Hello! You have big motivation and this is very important! You have all the chances to lose as much weight as you want!! I wish you good luck! Just stay positive, motivated and strong! Look what you eat, how much you eat and when you eat! And everything will be just great!!

    Ah I've never tried that, great way to use them as in my house they mostly go in the bin lol

    another one I have been doing is blobbing drops of muller light on to a baking tray and popping it in to the freezer and it makes frozen buttons! they melt in your mouth, yum! (as you can probably tell I am a bit of a snacker)

    they are great for snacking on although they do melt quickly. so this just means you get to eat them faster lol x
