Hi, I'm plump kitten. Nice to meet you.
I've signed up today because I've tried a few times with various degrees of success to lose weight over the years, but right now I'm at the heaviest I've ever been. 14 stone on a five foot four frame is not flattering. I've done weight watchers slimming world Atkins and the idiot proof diet in the past but I've decided enough is enough and I'm going this time with the old fashioned way of calories and exercise.
I'm due to join a gym on Monday and I'm going to start my diet then too.
I'm hoping to make friends find motivation and possibly a kick up the butt when I need it.
I'm also asthmatic and have a wheat in tolerance.
