I'm new to this site and am looking for support/recipes and banter with like minded folk who want to improve their health and waste lines :)
I have just joined my local slimming word group on Saturday 21st of June (a week after turning 31!), I have done slimming world before but only once and it was online. I'm hoping the group will motivate me to stick with it and not let a slip up mean give up.
so..... anyone out there who wants to share a favourite slimming world meal or snack would be great as I also tend to bore myself out of diets by eating the same stuff over and over. Please and thank you xx
