Hi everyone, this is another attempt at losing the extra person im carrying around, the difference is I've never been as determined to do it! Slimming world this time. I lost a stone in 3 weeks but put a pound on this week and I've stuck to the plan apart from 2 ice creams at the weekend AND I've been to the gym 4 times last week! What's gone wrong?? Surely 2 ice creams wouldn't do this?? I even synned them. Help!
