    Hi (again)

I registered on these forums back in 2013… can't remember if I posted anything or not back then…!

Anyway here I am again. I'm Rosie, and I thought it would be a good idea to sign up to try and get some support in this 'fun' journey of weight loss. It is something I have struggled with for a long time but finally feel ready to go for it properly… not just 'go on a diet' but to try and change my lifestyle and get to a much better state of mind AND body!

I am planning a big holiday in 2016 (for my 30th birthday) and would love to be at my target weight/BMI by then… I have about 3st 9lb to lose to get there, and to be honest it should be fairly achievable, but… it's been tough so far.

Anyway sorry for rambling, hoping to get to know you all a bit better and to get some tips/support as I go along.

    Cheers

Diet: calorie counting - eating healthy foods
    Height: 5ft5in
    Start Date: May 2014
hi there! i can totally identify with you wanting to lose weight as part of a healthy change of life rather than a diet - thats exactly what i am doing this time - fed up with losing loads of weight on 'diets' and then putting it all back on because they are strict to stick to! - i am calorie counting which is something that always works for me... but i am allowing myself more calories per day this time round, and also having a treat of some kind like a takeaway or a pub lunch every couple of weeks - i wish you luck with your weight loss journey! xxx
