    Week 4 weighing had a bad result

    Hi I'm f
    Teenz this is my second time on lipotrim tmr and I have just had my week 4 weigh on I have only lost 2lb, i know I should be happy cause I have lost but my aim this week was 4lb to take me to the 2stone mark, I feel really disheartened was wondering if anyone has any tips to speed up the weight loss? I am except sizing regularly drinking at least 2lts I've cold water a day and the odd cup off green tea or coffee I need a boost at my next weigh in or I may not have the heart to continue. It seem the more I exercise the less I lose!!! Please help

    Well a few things. I know it's hard as I also get impatient to lose, but it's much better to lose slowly as it's much more likely to stay off. Also, if you have been exercising a lot maybe you are building muscle. This is good news for two reasons. - it takes up less space than fat so even if you weigh the same your clothes will seem looser. Also having more muscle means you burn calories faster which means you can loose weight quicker.

    Don't waste all your good effort's so far. A 2lb loss on week 4 is good. I'm on week 4 of my diet and if I lost 2lb I would be over the moon!
