Newbie!

Hey guys I'm new here, been on slimming world (amongst other diets) for the last few years on and off and have put a lot of weight back on as a result of crash dieting and a few personal things that I've had going on, but I'm back on slimming world - with a vengeance!
Looking forward to hearing other peoples stories and hope I can help anyone who needs it!

Trying slimming world.. AGAIN!

Hiya, I am doing Slimming World aswell so maybe we can help each other out should we need to, along the way. I have been at SW for nearly a year, and have lost 3 and a half stone so far, but still a long way to go yet. With a bit of time and encouragement we will get there in the end, all the best to you x
