Hello, I'm new here
Never done this sorta' thing before. Diets have always been extremely private affairs! But thought I'd step out of my comfort zone and give this a go.
I am currently 12 stone, which feels uncomfortable to say. Crept down to 11 something a while back, but no doubt I'm up to 12 again now (currently scaleless - long story). I lost a lot of weight last year, by dieting unhealthily; that is, no exercise and very little food. I lost about 2 stone, then my body stalled, and I started caring for someone dear to me, so found I needed to eat because I quite frankly need the energy! Being young, lazy and utterly clueless about cooking, I went for the easy crap instead of eating proper meals... Which didnt help much in the energy department either. Anyway, I've remained at this weight for the past 6 months.
Not good for me, as I am very tiny structured and short, so it's all the more uncomfortable to retain.
I am now quite sick of it and want it gone already, so I can get on with my life in the manner I'd like to. I am rather stonily determined. This has gone on long enough.
