Hi I'm new not sure how to find my way around yet but cane across this site for recipes for slimming world also trying to find out how to ask syn values on items I don't know any help would be appreciated Tia

Hi little lady,

finding my my way around the site too right now. Will say everyone have been very welcoming & friendly Will be joining SW myself in a few weeks (house currently undergoing major refurb and we have no kitchen yet - once I have a kitchen I'll join lol) thought I'd join this site now to get joy head back in the game in prep for SW.
