Well I was here a few years ago and since then I got married and put on a lot of weight (about 3 stone) and had a baby, putting on more weight (another 3 stone) my baby - Maisie, is 4 months old now & I have managed to lose most of the baby weight got 12lbs to go to get back to my original weight, but realistically I need to lose 6st12lb to get to the right bmi, I found when having a baby having the extra weight to carry made pregnancy difficult and we eventually plan to have another in a few years so I would like to be a healthy bmi to begin with next time! That's my goal, so I have a few years to lose 6st12lb.
My immediate goal though is to lose the 12lb pregnancy weight and take it from there... Hopefully I can do it in about 6 weeks (2lb a week). I have completely overalled my diet and am hoping to get out for a walk everyday plus I am doing aqua aerobics every Wednesday!

Aww thank you, keep in touch! How much do you have to lose? I have just started a diary if you want to follow my progress :)
 
Ah right about the same as me then! We will have to have a little competition, what day is your weigh in day?
