Hi there, this is all new to me tho this website has come up in the past when I've looked for various other recipes. I'm 32, married to a man who can eat whatever and as much as he likes, I have an active job and love to cook/bake/slow cook. I'm 5"8 and 14 stone. Just joined Slimming World this week as it's my birthday and I've totally gone overboard of late. I eat a generally healthy diet but prone to eating out a lot due to little planning and a busy lifestyle. I want to be better, I want to feel better, I'm at the point now where even my biggest clothes are pinching so it's time to make some changes.

I try to eat Gluten free, give my husband dairy free, experiment, high nutrition, while listening to what I think my body needs.

I'm looking forward to sharing recipes and ideas with you along the way :)
