    My second try to lose weight

    Hello everybody who remember me and new members!! I am coming back again with my second try. Family and life issues came itno my life and made me to forget about my healthy dieting
    But now this is it! I will not lose my way!! I will try as hard as possible and this time i will do it!! Looking for all the help and support you can give me

    Starting Paleo 28/08/2014, switched to calorie counting 22/10/2014 as that is a closer description of what I have been doing for a while..... Joined the gym on 12/11/2014 to hopefully improve my fitness and boost my losses!

    28/08/2014: 223.6lbs

    28/8-25/09/2014:...12.4lbs lost
    26/09-23/10/2014:...10.4lbs lost (22.8lbs total)
    30/10/2014: 198.8...2lbs lost (24.8 total)
    06/11/2014: 195.6...3.2lbs lost (28 total)
    13/11/2014: 193.8...1.8lbs lost (29.8total)
    20/11/2014: 192.....1.8lbs lost (31.6 total)
    27/11/2014: 189.4...2.6lbs lost (34.2 total)

    Goals:
    7lbs lost - 18/09/2014 (9.4lbs total)

    14lbs lost - 09/10/2014 (17.8lbs total)

    21lbs lost - 23/10/2014 (22.8 total)
