Hi

My name is Sally, this will be my 4th time on the slimming world diet :wave_cry: I have just weighed and I am 22st 11lb, I have not set myself a target other than getting down to the next stone bracket for now.

In reality - I am 5,8 and would be happy at 12 or 13 st! So this will be a long process.

Good luck better to have a steady loss each week. I too have about 6 or 7 stone to loose first week back on sw have lost 7lbs x
