Hi Everyone, im back (yet again)! This time im determined to stick to the plan properly and be 100% until christmas time. I just need support from everyone around me.
I had previously followed Slim&Save and it worked so well for me and is by far the best vlcd diet I've ever been on so im coming back with a vengance and I aim to lose all of my weight and get to goal as soon as possible.
I know its going to be a long journey and I hope to meet some diet buddies along the way! x
