Hi My name is MIchelle - I've just joined the site this morning. went to slimming world 2013 and lost 1.5 stone which has slowly crept back on 
. TO my horror I am now 11st 12lb again! only 5lb off what I used to be - not impressed!
Anyway need to get down to 10st by may next year - hopefully withthe support of some likeminded ladies I;ll be able to do it.
