Hey guys! I'm Kitty, and I'm trying to lose 20-30 pounds! Right now i'm a size 7 and my thighs are gross and my tummy flabby :sigh:
I'm calorie counting using the MyFitnessPal app, drinking nothing but water, and taking diet pills. My net calorie goal each day is 1200 but I keep going over, any tips? Please help!!
 
Hey I'm new too, just a suggestion, but going by calories sometimes won't help, it's better to forget the calories and focus on the quality of food if that makes sense? It's what slimming world has taught me :) good luck in your journey!
