I'm 24 and I have 5 stone to lose. I lost 2 stone on weight watchers last year, which took about 9 months but sadly lost all motivation after my holiday (which was my goal for losing the weight) and have put it all back on!!
I have a new goal to aim for now, me and two friends are going on our dream trip to Florida in August 2015. I would never be happy with myself if I don't get myself looking great for those all important holiday photos, so this is it.
I ideally want to lose at least 3 stone by then. I don't want to go back to weight watchers, although it worked I finding it hard to stick to counting points. I am considering calorie counting with my fitness pal. But I have also had success in the past reading Paul Mckenna 'I can make you thin', following his guidelines and not considering it a 'diet' I think is a great concept, so I need to mark a decision. If anyone has any experience with both of these options please let me know what you thought to them.
So 39 weeks to go. I need to lose just over 1lb per week average to reach the 3 stone goal. That doesn't sound too difficult to me
Sorry this turned out so long!
