Wow that's a serious weight loss - I started off well with 16 lb in five weeks but only lost a 1lb in last two weeks so bit disappointed although been off work for those 2 weeks due to knee op.

Just joined Twitter so no followers yet but noticed slimming world has a site on there - hoping to get some support from other members - I want to lose another 3 or 4 stone by August .

Welcome to the forum Miduk.. Well done on your loss so far and that is just typical of a man's weight loss which makes all us females quite annoyed... to put it mildly!.. Not to put you off, of course.. but as you can see by my signature weight loss record I'm struggling to just stay where I am...(no offense meant)

Keep up the good work and don't worry when you get a time or two that things slow down, often it's just the body adapting to the new weight.

Take care and all the very best to you.
