Hi, I stumbled on the site whilst looking for SW recipes!

I've been on SW since January this year and reached target in May after losing 4st 7lbs went from 17st 12lbs to 13st 5lbs and have kept within target ever since.

It's been a great year for me and I love life at the moment!!

Hello and welcome! Congratulations on your weight loss, that's brilliant. This is a great forum. I'm not on SW myself, but I know the SW part of the forum is very active, and I expect it'll be even more so after Christmas! All the best. xx
