Hello! I'm new!

Heya everyone iv just joined today an I have officially started my slim and save diet today... It's been good so far found myself a little hungry now an again...but got through it..

How did you all get past those hungry moments? I was thinking of putting a diary on the site just to keep me on track with it all.. Maybe to get other people's experiences on the diet too..

Iv tried an failed many diets but I feel I really need it this time I want to do it! I'm trying to stay positive but weeks 2/3 have normally been a downfall of mine :-/

Hi. We have the same experience, it took me sometime to see some results. Until I realize that I'm doing the wrong thing. Women tend to lose little weight than men. That is why now I stick to a diet program that specifically designed for women's body and metabolism. It felt great so far/ Let me know if you need help.
