Hello everyone

I was on here a few years ago I ended up losing 2 stone and half on slimming world but I've put it all back on....

I really need to lose it again as I got my wedding in 6 months

Can anyone give me any tips

I'm going to do it at home alone as I have books I got this year from a group. I will be asking a lot of questions on here though I'm sure ?
