Hi I'm new to minimins and very excited to be here.
I was doing really well on juiceplus, taking a shake for breakfast and occasionally for lunch if I was busy and also capsules. I stopped craving rubbish foods and dropped 2 dress sizes.
I ran out of product and thought I would save money and go it alone but without the added nutrients I have been feeling sluggish and bloated and not having a shake for breakfast has made me skip breakfast again. Trying to get back in the zone now I have my new products and want to be summer ready.
Hoping minimins will help with my motivation too.
